It is necessary to respect the house rules and the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to organize parties. No more than 12 people allowed in total.

PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total package price. Bank charge fees of both sender and recipient pays sender in total.

DEPOSIT: At arrival the guest is obliged to pay the 500 euro damage deposit fee to the owner. The money will be given back to the guest at departure.
